The Evara Legacy

Why Evara Exists

Evara began with a simple frustration: the best sarees were either too expensive for everyday women or too compromised in quality to be worth wearing twice. We saw weavers producing extraordinary work — pure silk, intricate zari, fabric that lasted decades — and watched that same craftsmanship get marked up beyond reach by the time it reached a city showroom. We started Evara to close that gap. To build a saree house where “premium” describes the fabric, not the price tag.

Our Process

From Loom to Wardrobe

Every Evara saree starts with a relationship — with a weaving cluster , a family business, or an independent artisan we’ve worked with directly . We visit, we inspect, we choose pieces for their construction and finish, not just their look in a photograph. Then we bring them to you with as few hands in between as possible. This is why we can offer pure Banarasi silk, Kaddi Georgette, and crepe weaves at prices that don’t require a special occasion to justify the purchase.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Craftsmanship First — We choose fabric and weave quality over flashy packaging. Transparent Pricing — No artificial discounts, no inflated MRPs. Our price is our price. Direct Trade — We work as close to the source as possible, so more value reaches the weaver and less is lost to markup. Styled, Not Just Sold — We don’t just sell sarees; we help you wear them with confidence through our membership styling program.

The Evara Promise

Where We’re Headed

Evara is just getting started. As we grow , our commitment stays the same: honest prices, real silk, and a community of women who feel as good wearing our sarees as we feel making them accessible.
