At Evara, we want you to love every drape. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy .

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Sarees marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return. Blouse pieces that have been cut or stitched are non-returnable. Mandatory Unboxing video is required for return or refund request.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email drapewithevara@gmail.com. or use the Connect page with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions within 2 business days.

3. Pack the saree securely in its original packaging.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI; you’ll be asked to share these details during the return process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size, color , or weave is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a saree that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces | Sarees purchased with a worn or altered blouse | Items returned without original tags or packaging
